jguetschow/UNFCCC_non-AnnexI_data: Data read from pdf and xls files submitted by non-AnnexI (developing) countries to the UNFCCC. This repository contains the original submitted files as well as code to read and process the data to generate a dataset in the PRIMAP2 interchange format.
